Tom Trimmins Woodwork will use your data to enable us to deliver our services to you as you have requested.Personal information covers any information which relates to you as an identifiable person.

  3. Financial Data: which includes bank account and payment card details. If we need to refund you for a cancelled course place or other reason then you will need to provide us with bank details in order to receive it.
  4. Special Category Data: for example health or medical data that you have shared with us to ensure your safety and the safety of others in a woodworking class

We keep your personal information until it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998.


Email Newsletter:
Our email newsletter informs subscribers about our courses and services. When signing up you can choose how you wish to receive marketing information from us. The only option is via emailNewsletter emails and subscriptions are managed by or use of Mailchimp which is a third party company. The information you provide will be transferred to them for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or contact tom@tomtrimmins.co.uk at any time. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely.
